Plot[]
Hardcase finds out about a mysterious group called ‘ J.J.E.F.F. ‘ and plans to stop them.
Storyline[]
[SPOILERS]
Hardcase, who has become dull lately, is confused on who is stealing his thunder. After finding it out who it is, luckily due to Turbo, travels on over to where they're. A dumpster-place. After realizing that it's a bunch of kids, Hardcase has a realization. That he needs to beat these kids to have all of the attention to himself.
Luckily, he succeeds, and he tricks Deuce into thinking he's fine to put into the J.J.E.F.F. After racing once, and winning due to his intense speeds, he then attempts to do it several, and several more times, getting a lead on the streak of " who's winning " and getting the crowd all to himself. Being rude towards the kids, they try to find a plan. But, being so desperate, they go to Turbo for help instead. But, he rejects, and tries to cheer up the kids by making sure that they can win and everything's okay, with a few motivational quotes, and a light personality.
Deuce ends up in a few accidents whilst trying, and he eventually tries to give up, until Turbo, once again, uses Smoove to bolden his quotes, and makes Deuce realize that he can win. But, at the big race, Hardcase teases Deuce. After a few seconds, they finally start, with Deuce being right behind Hardcase, before getting into a large crash, and Turbo comes over there to help him. Whilst disguised as Deuce, Turbo wins the race, and Hardcase is beaten. Everyone cheers for Deuce, but Hardcase gets angry at the kids, but eventually gives up at J.J.E.F.F. But then, when Turbo's sad after thinking that he's a bad role-model, he gives up, looking sad. Then, when Hardcase notices, he decides that he feels way better.
