Kim Ly is a manicurist. She got to know Tito by occasionally painting customized racing snail shells (offscreen). She is a background character for most of the series, mainly serving as comic relief because of her incredibly small height and temperamental attitude, as well as her voice. She is often physically violent with Tito which is played for a joke as well. When Tito comes back from the airport, she berates him for not bringing her anything, and then immediately berates him again for offering her a candy bar from the airport, but after taking a bite, says she is glad to see him.
Personality[]
Kim Ly is a very hotheaded character, mostly shown yelling at Tito and friends for just about anything. Despite this, she is not an antagonist, as her temper is shown to just be who she is instead of directly aimed at Tito specifically. She does not appear often in the show or movie, instead serving as background comic relief.
